"Gray Death" - a cocktail of various opiates:
- heroin (opioid)
- fentanyl (opioid)
- U-47700 (synthetic opioid, 7.5 times stronger than heroin)
- carfentanil (opioid)
- any other opioids
The drug is known in North America and Western Europe. It looks like concrete.
The effect of this drug is 10 thousand times stronger than morphine. That is why even a small dose can be fatal to humans. It is easily absorbed through the respiratory tract and through the skin. However, there is no evidence that you can get a fatal overdose by touching the drug with your finger.
Opioid addicts tend to be more responsive to the drug. They may think they are buying heroin, not knowing that it is actually a gray death. Reversing an overdose often requires multiple doses of naloxone, while a typical heroin overdose usually requires only one dose.
